Deep Tissue
Massage
Massaging through the surface muscles to reach deeper layers of muscle tissue will release tension and increase blood flow. Deep Tissue massage can be very therapeutic for those recovering from an injury or dealing with chronic muscular pain. It can help stop an over-active muscle from continuing to fire which causes fatigue and pain from over-use.

Paul is a massage therapist licensed in Alabama and Florida. He specializes in therapeutic massage combining Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and trigger point therapy for a relaxing, restorative experience.

Paul comes to Dothan from Florida. Some of you may have already experienced his massage at Vivo Spa in Rosemary Beach.
Along with the above mentioned styles of massage, Paul is also available for Reflexology, Medical massage for the back and neck, Prenatal massage, and Sports massage.
